How to Get Started With EB5

We have laid out the basic steps for completing the EB5 process in the flow chart below. Participate in the EB5 program and utilize the expertise of our team to walk you through the process to insure that your experience is a pleasant one.

Steps to EB5

Step 1

Research your options for entry into the U.S.

Step 2

Invest $ 500,000 or $ 1 million, usually in escrow, plus syndication fee, with the Regional Center of your choice.

Step 3

Submit I 526 application to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service

  • Approved: Adjust status in the U.S.
  • Denied: Find another route to permanent residence in the U.S.

Step 4

Consular process in home country.

  • Approved: Get conditional green card.
  • Denied: Find another route to permanent residence in the U.S.

Step 5

After 2 years, file I- 829 to remove conditional status.

  • Approved: Receive permanent green card.
  • Denied: Find another route to permanent residence in the U.S.

Step 6

Receive permanent green cards.

Step 7

After 3 more years, apply for U.S. citizenship.

  • Approved: Congratulations.
  • Denied: Find another route to permanent residence in the U.S.
